Investing in stocks
can yield high returns on a low investment. However investing in stocks is high risk. Only a small return can be seen if you invest in a mutual fund.
For example
Suppose you are investing in IOC - Indian oil corporation stocks on Monday April. Your investment is 10 lakhs.
IOC shares were trading at 90 in April. With an investment of Rs 10 lakh you can buy 11,100 shares.
90 * 11100 = 999000 - Total investment
Then in a 7 month interval the price of IOC share came up to 140 in November. If you sell the 11,100 chars you have now for 140
140 * 11,100 = 15,54,000 sold
Total Profit = Sold - Total Investment
= 1554000 - 999000
Profit = 555,000
If you only invest once and wait a while, you can make a lot of money. So we do not have to work too hard. Make easy money.
Only if you research well and invest in the best stocks.
